By purchasing from Storage and Shelves, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully read through the terms before completing your purchase.

Payment

We only accept payment via Stripe, a well-known, reliable, and secure method for making online payments.

Purchase

To buy items from Storage and Shelves, you need to fill in your personal and payment details. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation via email. Upon acceptance of your purchase and the item being registered in our inventory, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery

At Storage and Shelves, you get handmade designer furniture. Therefore, we have a delivery time of 1-4 weeks, as we produce your furniture only after you have placed your order.

Please note that for shipments to countries outside Europe, the order must go through customs for delivery. This is not included in the approximate delivery time.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Denmark, and we offer delivery worldwide. Shipping costs will be specified in the order before you complete the purchase. We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Should it, against expectations, turn out that the item is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or within 2 days of receipt at [email protected].

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from Storage and Shelves can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as received, in its original packaging. 

If you want to return an item, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you a prepaid return label for your package. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you

When we receive your return package, we will process it within 5 business days. The amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase and will be available in your account within 14 days.

Complaints

Storage and Shelves operates in accordance with the guidelines and laws set by the Danish Consumer Agency. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules set out in Danish consumer law. This means that you can complain about defects and deficiencies in the product that arise within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damages, or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. In the event of complaints, defects, or deficiencies, or non-delivery of goods, please contact us at [email protected].

If the complaint is justified, you will be refunded your shipping costs within reasonable limits. When returning the item, please inform us of the problem as detailed as possible. Ensure that the item is delivered safely and securely, and make sure to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund the amount.

If you reside in the EU, you can use Online Dispute Resolution to assess complaints about goods or services.

Security

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only Paypal has access to your data. It is not possible for us or any unauthorized parties to view or read data exchanged during the purchase.

Customs and VAT

If you order from a country that is a member of the EU, you will pay Danish VAT but not customs duty in accordance with the rules on the free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU, local taxes and duties may apply, for which we cannot be held responsible, but Danish VAT will be deducted. If this is the case, the carrier will contact you. Please note that this may cause some delay in the shipment, as the goods are held by customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the additional costs.

Colors

We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website correspond entirely to the actual colors of the items. This depends, among other things, on the color settings of your computer and screen, and the images of our products will appear differently depending on the medium they are displayed on.
