Our Return Policy
When you shop at Storage and Shelves, we always offer a 14-day full return policy if the item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Before returning your item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Return Costs

If you want to return an item, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will send you a prepaid return label for your package. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded to you

When we receive your return package, we will process it within 5 business days. The amount will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase and will be available in your account within 14 days.

Complaints

If you want to file a complaint, please send an email to [email protected] attaching the order number, a detailed description, and pictures of the complaint. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible within 1-2 business days. When you shop at Storage and Shelves, you have a 5-year complaint right, which applies from the day you receive the item. It is expected that you, as a customer, follow the enclosed instructions for correct use and maintenance of the product. If a product is misused according to the instructions, it will be considered improper use, and therefore, the item will not be covered by the complaint right.

When you return the defective item, you will also be refunded return shipping costs. Make sure the item is delivered safely and securely, and be sure to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund the amount. If you live in the EU, you can use Online Dispute Resolution to assess complaints about goods or services.

Damage During Transport

We do everything to ensure that all items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. If, unexpectedly, you experience that an item is damaged upon receipt, please report this to us immediately or within 2 days of receipt at [email protected].

Upon receipt of your package, please check it for any visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or there are other visible signs of defect, please acknowledge it on the delivery note with reservations for any damage to the contents. All transport damage must be reported to us at [email protected] within 2 business days.
